BERRY YUMMY SMOOTHIE BOWL



Hello loves ! So today I wanted to share with you my absolutely FAVOURITE smoothie bowl recipe ! If you guys didn't know, a smoothie bowl is literally a smoothie drink in a bowl with different toppings. The smoothie bowl trend has been crazy lately and I am definitely a lover of the smoothie bowl ! They are super yummy, healthy, filling and easy peasy to make !

Here is how I make my smoothie bowls !

First, you will need:
1 cup of almond milk (or any liquid base of your choice)
1 banana
1 scoop of protein powder (I use vanilla pea protein)
1 spoonful of cacao powder
about a cup of berries (honestly I don't even know, I just do it by eye)
Handful of spinach



Then throw it all in the blender, I use a nutribullet and highly recommend !




After its all blended, pour your smoothie into a bowl and top it with any thing you would like ! I usually top mine with more berries, shredded coconut and some muesli !





Now enjoy your delicious smoothie
